Almost everyone will benefit from the advice of a health coach.

Staying fit and healthy is a challenge. A health coach can assist you to assess your fitness, evaluate your health and plan a program that will improve your wellbeing to a level that you would otherwise think of as unachievable.

 

 

A health coach can assist you to improve your fitness if you are:

 

* unfit

* overweight

* eat poorly

* have low energy levels

* suffer from stress or anxiety

* are underweight

* regularly seem to get sick

 

A health coach must be medically trained. In addition and probably just as important is that they are also fit and active at an elite level.
